Adequate time should be allowed for the development of your plans. During the busier times of the year, there can be a two-month delay in getting started.

After the process begins, it can still take several months so it's best to plan ahead. You don’t want to rush yourself through the process only to make numerous changes during the building process, which can get expensive.
